Produce monthly management reporting, including actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis with clear commentary on drivers and risks.
Develop and maintain KPIs and management dashboards for the Group and individual business units.
Support the month end and quarter-end close from an FP&A perspective, working closely with Accounting and Controlling.

Business Partnering
Act as the finance point of contact for assigned business Units, supporting them in managing their budgets and cost base.
Provide program/project financial analysis in a capital-intensive environment: capex planning, project profitability, cost to complete and milestone tracking.
Partner on business cases, investment appraisals (NPV, IRR, payback) and ad-hoc decision-support analysis.
Challenge assumptions constructively, identify risks and opportunities, and drive accountability for financial performance across the organization.
Support the monitoring and reporting of public funding and grants.

Support financial control activities and help strengthen internal processes and controls.
Support the automation and continuous improvement of planning and reporting tools and systems.

6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial controlling or business partnering, ideally within an international group, scale up, manufacturing, engineering or technology environment.
